退換貨及退款政策 (Return & Refund Policy)

在 CHK Hardware，我們將您的加密資產安全視為首要任務。由於加密貨幣硬件錢包屬於高安全性產品，為保障所有客戶權益及確保產品無被竄改之風險，我們制定了以下退換貨政策：

1. 7 天瑕疵換貨服務（僅限未拆封或原廠性能故障）

  • 未拆封商品退換：自收到商品起 7 天內，若商品保持全新未拆封狀態（原廠塑膠封膜及防偽標籤完好無損），可申請辦理退換貨。

  • 原廠出廠瑕疵（DOA）：若您開封後發現商品存在原廠硬件故障（例如無法開機、螢幕壞點等），請於收到商品 7 天內 聯絡我們的客戶服務團隊。我們將協助您送回檢測，經確認為非人為損壞後，將為您更換同款全新產品。

2. 不接受退換貨之情況

基於最高級別的安全與衛生考量，以下情況恕不接受退款或退換：

  • 商品已被拆封、打開原廠封膜、撕毀防偽標籤或已使用（除上述證實為原廠出廠故障外）。

  • 因個人不當使用、保管不善、自行拆解、浸水或摔落造成的人為損壞。

  • 任何忘記助記詞（Seed Phrase / Recovery Phrase）、密碼或因個人操作不當導致資產損失的情況（CHK Hardware 無法亦不會接觸或保存您的私鑰及助記詞）。

  • 超過 7 天退換貨期限之申請。

3. 退款安排

  • 經核准退貨之訂單，退款將按原付款方式退回。

  • 除非退換原因屬於商品出廠瑕疵，否則買家須自行承擔退貨所產生的來回運費及相關手續費。

  • 收到退回商品並確認符合退貨條件後，退款程序通常會在 5 至 7 個工作天 內完成處理。

Return & Refund Policy

At CHK Hardware, customer security and peace of mind are our highest priorities. Because hardware wallets are high-security security devices, special precautions are required to maintain the cryptographic chain of custody and protect all our customers. Please read our policy below:

1. 7-Day Replacement Policy (Factory Sealed or DOA Only)

  • Unopened Products: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened condition with all factory seals and shrink-wrap intact.

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Manufacturing Defects: If you discover a factory hardware defect upon opening (e.g., device failing to power on, screen defect), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Once verified by our team, we will replace the defective unit with a brand-new device.

2. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

To protect all clients from potential security tampering, returns or refunds will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The device has been opened, unsealed, used, or had its anti-tamper seals removed (unless verified as a factory manufacturing defect).

  • Physical or liquid damage caused by misuse, accidental dropping, or unauthorized disassembly.

  • Loss of funds or access due to lost seed phrases, forgotten PINs, or user error (CHK Hardware does not have access to, nor store, your private keys or seed phrases).

  • Requests submitted after the 7-day post-delivery window.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and associated transaction fees.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected to confirm eligibility, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
