This model has stopped production. Ledger no longer makes Nano S and no longer adds new features to it. Buy this only if you specifically need the classic Micro-USB Nano S. For almost every new buyer we recommend a current model instead.

Nano S still signs coins it already supports. Memory is small (often only a few apps at once). It does not get Transaction Check, Ledger Sync, NFT send in Ledger Wallet, or many new swap/stake flows. Connector is Micro-USB, not USB-C. iPhone is view-only.

Setup

1. Confirm the official seal is intact.
2. Install Ledger Wallet (Ledger Live) on desktop from ledger.com only.
3. Set a PIN on the device.
4. Write the 24-word recovery phrase on the cards. Never photograph it. Never type it into a website, chat, or email.
5. Always check the address and amount on the Nano S screen before you approve.

Important Ledger will never ask for your 24-word phrase. If anyone does, it is a scam. Opened or unsealed units cannot be returned for security reasons.

Do not confuse this listing with Ledger Nano S Plus.
